We are also the developer and producer of CoilSelectPro(tm), the first finned-tube coil selection software designed for both standard and extreme temperature and humidity conditions. CSP is used by coil and AHU manufacturers and engineers to design evaporators, condensers, chilled water, hot water, steam and special fluids heat exchangers. The NIST REFPROP fluid properties algorithm is embedded allowing any known or newly formulated fluids to be evaluated. CSP is available in single user, multi-user, DLL, and custom applications.
Our project delivery method is "contracted-design owner-built." This allows the owner to save significant costs by providing both internal and local assembly and construction tasks, equipment supply, and project management. The project accounting is "open book" which allows the owner to manage all purchases, schedules and cash-flow. We provide all critical process design, P&IDs, bills of materials and help with the contractor bidding and selection process and project commissioning.
